Managing yourself and others through change
During times of change we can spend a lot of time worrying and being stressed about ‘things’ that are outside of our control instead of focussing on what is in our control.
This workshop will provide us with tools and techniques to manage ourselves through change.
No matter what the change may be there is one thing we are always in control of and that’s how we manage or deal with change, how we let it affect us and how we interact with other people.
Why is it that 2 people can experience the same issue and have totally different experiences and totally different outcomes?
Come along to the event prepared to learn new techniques that you can apply straight away both on yourself and, if you manage other people, with your teams / crews.
