Positive Action Project

NWFS in conjunction with a variety of partners are working to establish a positive action toolkit, available for use by all Fire and rescue Services.

It is proposed to establish a team of fire service employees, role models from a diverse range of back grounds and experiences. The team will receive instruction on the National Firefighter Selection tests, as well as on the application and selection process that potential firefighters must go through.
