NeonFunk Training is part of a campaign to make people think differently about subjects that a lot of people and organisations see as taboo, controversial or difficult to approach.
The way we work is simple. You tell us what you want to achieve, that might be to improve team morale, address a reoccurring staffing issue, it might be to meet an objective on your equality strategy, it may be to build staff confidence when discussing difficult subjects with service users, or it may be to meet a training need that has arisen within a team. Julie Johnston Associates
Julie has worked with the South East region to develop the FRS Coaching Course, and is now working to deliver courses specifically for NWFS members.
